The set is being written by WUAT, with contributions from Montgomery Blair High School in Washington, DC, and edited in chief by Charles Hang of WUAT and of Olympia Questions. Under Mr. Hang's editorship, we are already further along in completion of the set than we have been by this time in previous years, and we are looking forward to a tournament that will run more smoothly than ever. The tournament will feature 20 tossups and bonuses per game, bouncebacks on bonuses, no computational math, no negs, and no powers.
